I had an excellent experience. The mat and pad were shipped quickly and we got before we expected it. The mat and pad were a lot better than what came with the trampoline.

We ordered the 14-foot Green pad to replace an old one that was falling apart. This was very nice, easy attach ties, and it fit the trampoline perfectly. Looks better than the original pad!

The processing and shipment time for our custom mat (2 days) was very fast! The quality is great unlike the cheap (mesh) fabric that usually comes with the trampoline. This safety pad is durable and will last alot longer. It also looks nice!

Better Safety Pad,

I chose the $120 better safety pad for our $150 trampoline. It was worth the money! Our last replacement pad from the manufacturer was designed to take 7 hours to properly install, by weaving string around the safety net and in between springs. Plus the old pad had slats to hand install the foam, one by one. This new pad took 20 minutes to install, because of the better installation design, foam is already sewn into the pad, and it's made of heavier material. We are very pleased!
